My web sites Russthomas.com and Homesitesinc.com  have been unable to publish because of server errors for over a month now. I have a case 7297-QDJL-4071 but it goes for days without responses. I've given up on calling because of long hold times and lack of resolution. Any help would be appreciated. I really am looking for a resolution and every other way to deal with lunar pages tech support has not worked.

Hello,

I've located your ticket - Ticket ID: 3221, Ticket REF: 7297-QDJL-4071

Your account is active from what I can see.  I'll move this to the FrontPage forum.

The ticket has been escalated and I have asked our tech to take a look.

Tech support has responded to every single one of your tickets.  You have sent in numerous ones and all have been replied to.  You have spoken to customer service several times on the phone.  I have personally as well as our General Manager and Customer Service Manager replied to your tickets.  You have had several techs look at your account.  Every time, we re install the extensions or change the permissions on your folders and can publish to the account.  There are no problems.  If we had a problem server side we would first be able to duplicate your problem which we can not and second would have more than one complaint.

Changing permissions and installing FP extensions do not make an entire separate  website unavailable.  Every time this issue is resolved, the changes that were made are no longer there and we're back to square one.

What version of FP do you have?  What are your settings?  How are you trying to publish?  To what folders?  What aerrors do you get when you publish?

We can move you to another server, however, I do not think the problem is server side.

Maybe you're inadvertently doing something that confuses FrontPage or the FrontPage Extensions (it's pretty easy to do that!)

Perhaps this list of FrontPage tips would be of help.
