Hi there, try this first:
Back up your account using the backup tool within C-Panel.
From the Front Page Extensions option of C-Panel click on the remove extensions button (if this button is not visable ignore this step.
From the Front Page Extensions Option of C-Panel click on the clean up extensions button. Repeat the last two steps (for the visible button).
Log out of C-Panel, close all browser windows (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Netscape etc).
Open a browser and using the internet options, clear the Temporary Internet Files, or Cache.
Log into your C-Panel as normal, and then try to install the FrontPage Extensions.
Please note that if you have any folder protection, .htaccess files that you have edited etc, you will need to check these and replace the information as necessary.
If you are still finding that installing FrontPage Extensions is hanging, you will need to contact the support team (
support@lunarpages.com) and ask them to clean and install the extensions directly. They will need you to supply some security information for them to do this, more details will be sent to you in a reply.
