I am going nuts trying to deal with this via a ticket and waiting 13 to 14 hours for each response. Can anyone here help me?

I have a main account cheshireantiques.com, which I have never had a problem with when either uploading the site or updating using "frontpage or sharePoint services". a couple of months ago I purchased a new domain: premiernevadahomes.com and lunarpages hosted as a business account which I guess is tied to the main account but on a deffernt server (omega).

Whenever I try to publish the new site;  I receive an error stating that frontpage is unable to open http://premiernevadahomes.com and that there is a server error because http://premiernevadahomes.co does not appear to have windows sharePoint services installed.

after uninstalling frontpages extensions, I still receive the same error so lunarpages did a complete uninstall and reinstall of front page services and says it should be fine, but it isn't.

I really need to get this new site up, can anyone assist?

Hi, I just merged your two most recent topics.  Please try not to post the same thread in multiple sections of the forum, as it makes it difficult for other forum members to track your progress.  Thanks!

When I browse to  http://premiernevadahomes.com, select the IE File menu and choose Edit with FrontPage, I am presented with a login dialog box, which indicates the FP extensions are installed at this time.

>>>  http://premiernevadahomes.co does not appear to have windows sharePoint services installed.>>>

If this error message is presented accurately, you may have left the "m" off the publishing address.

Thanks Rick,
I finally heard back from tech. support and there was a file folder missing on the account.  I might have done this myself, it's just a shame it took so long to get resoled. All good now though Very Happy

Folder missing on the account?   how does it get missed?

I had help desk mention that the settings were wrong for permissions the 644 or whatever.

Wait a minute, how am I suppose to know these things?
