For small testing purposes I would appreciate to have a WAP server for mobile phone content running.

Does a Dedicated Server package have a WAP feature/server as well?

Do I have to enable the WAP server (function) somehow before using it?

Is there a step-by-step guide on how to offer WAP content over the server ?

Thank you
Peter

Hi Peter,

You didn't specify what operating system you are interested in WAP services configuration on. However, any of the Web Servers that come on our dedicated plans by default (IIS on Windows and Apache on Linux) allow WAP. You'll just need to setup Mime types and DirctoryIndex settings in web server configuration.

The following guide mentions settings for both Windows and Linux servers to be setup for WAP:

I hope this helps.
