I've already put this in a support ticket but haven't had a response in hours. I am getting the error Site error: the file ******** requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_4.4. to be installed by the site administrator.

This happened yesterday and is causing a script that my forum is running not to function. I have read on other forums that this has happened to other people's sites just yesterday too. Maybe due to a CPanel upgrade.

Could someone please address this. My forum has been down for about 10 hours now. This is my ticket - https://desk.lunarpages.com/view.php?ticketref=5033-EACN-8030&pass=0c3ce50e

I have also called your support but got message bank.

Thanks

Hello,

First of all, I apologize for a long time without a reply. I am replying here as you closed the ticket. I am glad to see that you were able to resolve the issue yourself by re-installing IonCube loader.

Personally I have not seen cPanel updates causing such issues so the problem might be related to the new script version requiring new IonCube.
