If I understand correctly, having a dedicated server package with the lunarpages support also means they will do one third-party install per year.  If this is true, are there any recommendations for good software to install?  We have a pretty standard site with mostly static pages and some dynamic content using PHP and MySQL.  We haven't had any server issues at all, so I don't feel there are any necessary upgrades or fixes.

Any ideas for good general utils to have?

Hello GBCimpact,

Actually, one script setup for free per year is included only in the Managed Hosting Intense addon. If you purchased this, I would recommend not using just because there is such option and wait for the situation when you need something to be installed or upgraded.
