Sorry, you can't read your personal messages............

So, with regard to your PM, I have sent to date 5 emails to feedback, none of which have been replied to, 2 of those emails were copied to either billing or support.  Billing and support responded, funny that really.

I will wait for this post to me removed or deleted, it just looks like you don't want prospective clients to know that there are issues here.

PS, I am still waiting for billing, feedback and support to reply.

I do think that the board limit is that you have to have at least 5+ posts to view/use the board PM system.  I'll pass the word along to Katrina though about your issue.  Thanks!

I am not seeing any feedback tickets from your forum email address. We may not have received them or you may have sent them from another email address and did not receive our replies. We take all feedback seriously and would have replied if we received them.

Your original post was not removed. It was moved to our feedback forum where our admins will see what you had to say.

Your billing ticket was replied to on the 15th and has been awaiting a reply from you. I just replied to it again.
