Hello,

I've been used one of your servers for over 3 months already.

Today is a "great" day for me - the server will be powered off because of billing error which occurs again and again... Firstly you've lost my refund, now you don't want to apply setup fee for 4th month of using server.

And the worst thing is that i cann't get response from "support dept" earlier than after a week starting from ticket submission or my reply. Do you call it "Support"? Sad

Previous billing problem was solved within a month (i've got 3 replies, yeah, it is 9 days on each reply in avarage). Isn't it really great? Grr..!!

A week ago I've got an email again claiming that my account was suspended and server will be suspended within the next seven days (today!). What should i do? I'm still waiting for a reply from your so called "support".

Last time when i had same problem i had to pay in advance and only after that wait for support reply. I tried different ways to make support dept talk a little faster but nothing helps. I've made a post here... no result, i've sent a PM to moderator - no result just promises, i've used "Live Chat" - they simply redirect me to Support Desk. I don't think it is a good way of doing business for you.

Great... I got NO reply and now server is offline for about 24hr  Sad
How could you do that?  Grr..!!

Unfortunately, I am not a billing person to help you right now. But I asked one of our billing specialists to review your issue and answer to the ticket. He will do that in the morning (PST timezone).

I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused.
