I placed a support ticket 7 hours ago about my server been down for past 7 hours.

Dedicated server support is provided via email to dedicated@lunarpages.com or via phone at 1-877-586-2772 ext 1.  These forums are for users to help other users and not for official support. All tickets are answered in the order received.
