HELP!!!

I have submitted numerous trouble tickets. I have tried calling. I have sent emails and I am now trying the forum.
I need to know why two of my websites www.bidmadness.com.au and www.smartstore.com.au have been offline all day.

These sites are in Australia and since 10am this morning (Aussie time) till now at 6:15pm we have been offline.

NO ONE from LUNAR have replied to any of my contacts. I have lost hundreds of dollars in revenue today and I don't think you guys are going to compensate me are you!!

Why doesn't your site have info on the homepage telling us what the hell is going on?
When will my sites be live again? Why are they down in the first place? Why doesn't anyone inform us and reply to our calls for help?

Is this what you call 24/7 customer service?? Not in my books it's not!!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let us know what is going and get our sites LIVE AGAIN.
I can't even contact my site members coz cPanel is down as well. I can't even let my members know what is happening. THIS SUX!!

VERY UPSET LUNAR CUSTOMER!

Hi,

Your server was suspended due to complains on fraudulent emails that were being sent from it. Unfortunately, we could not email you about the suspension because the contact email on your account is on the same server. Can you please provide the number of the ticket you sent in? Also did you try calling 1-714-521-8150 and then pressing 2 to speak with a datacenter administrator?

Sorry but this is crazy!
We do not send fraudulent emails. Surely you contact us before you shut us down.
I only send emails to my members via Horde with cPanel.

We are an honest business sending valid emails to members.
Please fix this asap. This action by LP has cost us 24 hrs of business.

yes I have tried calling and all i get is a vmail message. No one seems to want to talk to us and HELP us. We are being treated like criminals.

This is insane!

I am sorry to hear about your issues, but this is not something that we can handle for you on the public forums here.  I would suggest that you keep working with support to get this resolved through your help desk ticket.

If you were unable to get through via the phone number we gave you earlier you might want to give it another shot now.  The phone number is 1-714-521-8150.  Hope that helps.
