I have submitted numerous trouble tickets. I have tried calling. I have sent emails and I am now trying the forum.
I need to know why two of my websites www.bidmadness.com.au
have been offline all day.
These sites are in Australia and since 10am this morning (Aussie time) till now at 6:15pm we have been offline.
NO ONE from LUNAR have replied to any of my contacts. I have lost hundreds of dollars in revenue today and I don't think you guys are going to compensate me are you!!
Why doesn't your site have info on the homepage telling us what the hell is going on?
When will my sites be live again? Why are they down in the first place? Why doesn't anyone inform us and reply to our calls for help?
Is this what you call 24/7 customer service?? Not in my books it's not!!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let us know what is going and get our sites LIVE AGAIN.
I can't even contact my site members coz cPanel is down as well. I can't even let my members know what is happening. THIS SUX!!
