Hi

I need to know if "4images Gallery" offered in fantastico can help me do the following. And if not what are my options.

1) Visitors to my site Upload their photos

2) Visitor add CAPTIONS to their photo before uploading.

3) Visitors choose a caption: position (top, middle, bottom)
                                font (arial, century etc.)
                                colour (red blue etc.)

4)Visitors preview the picture before submitting it for
  webmasters approval.

5)Visitors vote on submitted pictures

6)Visitors can view : recently added
                      top rated (voted)
                      history (previously submitted)

7)Visitors comment on pictures.

I am a novice and therefore would need a user friendly program, if 4images Gallery won't suit my needs, could you suggest an alternative.
