Hello there.
I am a volunteer at our church FoodBank here in Tacoma,WA. We recently bought a nice box truck ( cargo truck ) to get our donations and to do our runs to stores. They were thinking of painting a logo or something on both sides. So thats where the logo comes into play.
I am here to ask if anyone wants to make a logo for the Foodbank. Its not for a website, but as stated above, for on the sides of the truck and maybe used on documents if possible.. but not likely.
Has to say:
Parkland First Baptist Food Bank
If you want to include this u can.Its our motive there:
"We give this food in the name of Jesus"
I believe they would like it blue and white, but if u want to add colors or whatever.. go ahead. If possible, keep it kinda simple.
As far as anything rewarding for doing this, it is a non-profit organization so it cant really pay anybody. Has to use all funds for food products, so Im afraid there is noth'n to give. I will however, if you want, add a link to your site from mine with a ad on the link page. I believe if the logo is used, they will send a thank you letter, so you can show to whoever that u made this logo for so and so.

Hey jae, that looks pretty cool! I like the hands a lot.
Ill let this go a few days longer just for people who might be working on something or have yet to see this topic.

Mr: here's an idea. It is somewhat rough. If you'd like a full color logo with a real picture let me know. If you want a simpler one, let me know. I can supply you with all the files the printer needs for a decal or a bigger one for you to print off. I'll work with you to get the logo you want.  |

Thanks MikeBoger for the tip. Thats what I like about the folks here at the Lunar Forums. Everyone is willing to jump in and help. Glad I have found a place I can now truly call home since I subscribed to a web hosting package a month or so ago.

poncac2- Nice looking logo.  Very simple. Ive gotta talk with the director of the foodbank and show him these, so Ill let ya all know which 1 he chooses.This might tag on 1 day for those who didn't get a chance but very cool logos every1!. |

Good stuff all of you, and congrats to Jae. Imperial, could you take a pic of the logo on the vehicle that it will be put on? It'd be nice to see what it's like on the real object.
