I have an ongoing problem with viewing images on a fellow members site.  "[confused]"
Also dont see any images linked from his site on here.  "[confused]"
Anyone any ideas on what the problem could be.  "[confused]"
Can see everything except JPG's in his image folder. cant see any JPG on netscape or microsoft internet explorer and get an error 403 instead  "[exclamation]"   "[exclamation]"   "[exclamation]"    "[confused]"
Anyone got any ideas ??

I'm able to see them perfectly.
I dont think it is something thats being caused by either IE or netscape. Might be when you tried at the moment....
Can you try again and tell me if it gives you the 403 again?

hi guys. Nope still have the problem. "[confused]"
Im guessing theres something there that this system doesnt like. im running a packard bell p4 2.53 gig cpu through an nvidea G-force MX 440. images and site both work ok on old machine 20 feet away. I dont seem to be having problems with anyone elses site. Could maybe understand it if it was just a 'java' thing. But to not be able to see images looking in your image folder is just plain weird ( dont want everyone else on the planet with a similar setup to be having the same problem) and weird that its not, not just showing them but giving me an error report   "[exclamation]"    "[exclamation]"    "[exclamation]"    "[exclamation]"    "[exclamation]"

Hi,

I can see the images here - http://www.fyxr.com/lfb/

It is possible that he/she has disabled remote linking, so a link from lunarforums.com, to one of his/her images, will not be allowed, because it hasn't come from his/her webpage.

Stephen, this problem originally arose from the new lunar forums logo contest.  The rest of us could see fyxr's submissions fine, so it's not a remote linking problem.  My guess it poltergeists.
