Since Sunday we've had numerous phone calls and emails about customers using Earthlink not being able to access anything inside our network.

Earthlink has reported that they were made aware of the issue Sunday by a number of their customers and they are still currently working on it.  The issue seems to be related to their DNS systems.

No ETA is available at this time, but they assured us it is being looked into and will be resolved ASAP.

An Earthlink customer has reported that the Earthlink support team provided him with 2 nameservers, 207.69.188.185 and 207.69.188.186, that could be used at this time.  These nameservers do not seem to be affected by the issues on their network.

Please contact Earthlink support if you need assistance setting these nameservers up on your connection.

An additional pair of nameservers has been provided should the ones in the original post not work for you:

207.69.188.100 and 207.69.188.101

I've been in contact with a senior network operations engineer at Earthlink and they are still working on this. They have informed me they think the issue is on their end and will be calling me back within an hour to update me.

This should now be resolved. Please let us know if you continue to experience issues resolving to your site from an Earthlink connection.

Thank you for your patience!
