The Los Angeles datacenter network was unavailable periodically from approximately 1:30 pm to approximately 5 pm Pacific time. During this period, services were up but the switch itself was having accessibility issues. This means no servers were actually down, although at certain points they might have been unable to be reached.

We apologize for the inconvenience. This only impacted servers in the Los Angeles datacenter. Our 3 other datacenters (Las Vegas, Riverside, and San Diego were not impacted in any way).
