Dear Customer,

Acrux will begin a planned move to a new server, Dec 8th 2011. This move will be to upgrade the server operating system from CentOS 4 which is about to end support to CentOS 5. The exact time and date for the switch to the new hardware will be announced at least 24 hours in advance after the first phase of the data copy process has been done. You will experience no downtime during this process, although we do suggest no significant changes be made to your site after you receive the second announcement.

Please note that you may check the current status for this server at any time in CAP via https://account.lunarpages.com/ with your cPanel username and password, then by clicking the Network Status icon.

Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience in the interim. If you have any issues with your site, please contact support@lunarpages.com

Dear Customer,

Acrux has finished first data mirroring and will be switched to the new server for operating system version upgrade on Friday Dec 16th 2011 around 2AM Pacific time. There will be one more data synchronisation process issued before the switch to move over the latest changes from the original server.

As always, you may check the current status for this server at any time in CAP via https://account.lunarpages.com/ with your cPanel username and password, then by clicking the Network Status icon.

Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience in the interim. If you have any issues with your site, please contact support@lunarpages.com
