Hello,

The Alnitac server requires another move due to file system errors. As you noticed this is the second move of the server for the recent time.  The first migration was intended to be a precaution measure, very smooth and, as the result, slow. Unfortunately, it also "moved" a part of the original issue to the new hardware. Currently the /var partition is read only on the server which means databases can't be updated, incoming email can't be processed, and control panel login fails until such a time as the server is migrated. We are completely confident this emergency move will cease the original issue completely and will begin migrating it to a new server immediately.

Unfortunately, we do not have advance knowledge of the exact time of when the transfer will be entirely completed as it is dependent on numerous factors, however, we are estimating the restore will complete by approximately 11am Pacific time on Thursday, July 9, 2009.

Please note that you may check the current status for this server at any time in CAP via https://account.lunarpages.com/ with your cPanel username and password, then by clicking the Network Status icon.

Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience in the interim. If you have any issues with your site, please contact support@lunarpages.com
