Hello,

The Bes server is being migrated to a new machine for a hardware and operating system upgrade to CentOS 5. Initially, we will be starting an rsync of the data on the existing server to the new one, which will take approximately two days. This rsync will commence today, Thursday, June 17, 2010 around noon Pacific time.

After three rsyncs for data, we will then transfer the settings to the new machine and reboot it. We project this change to the new server will occur on Saturday, June 19, 2010 around 8am Pacific time. There should only be a minimal disruption of services during the reboot (approximately 5-15 minutes).

You may check the status of the upgrade at any point by logging into your customer account area and clicking on the "Network Status" icon.

We appreciate your understanding in why this upgrade is necessary. If you have any questions, please contact us as support@lunarpages.com

Thank you,
