Dear customers,

The Calcu server requires a restore as the server has hard drive issues that are preventing it from booting up. While we are working on bringing the original server back and investigating the cause, we have already started restoring it to a new server from the latest backup as a precautionary measure. The latest backup is from the morning of December 15th. Accounts will begin to restore throughout the restoration process, which means some accounts will be back online within less than an hour from this notice as the restore progresses. Please note that we do not have any estimated time for completion for the restore process. The best projection would be that the machine will finish migration in 24-36 hours time from now.

You can see the status for this migration at any time in CAP area by logging in with your username and password from our main site, then clicking the Network Status icon.
