Hello,

The Genki server requires a move due to file system errors.  The server is currently running for your site will resolve in the interim, although cPanel,Mysql and several services related to it are not working due to the read only file system on /home partition. We will begin migrating it to a new server immediately. Unfortunately, we do not have advance knowledge of the exact time of when the transfer will be entirely completed as it is dependent on numerous factors, however, we are estimating the restore will complete by approximately 11pm Pacific time on Thursday, March 4, 2010.

Please note that you may check the current status for this server at any time in CAP via https://account.lunarpages.com/ with your cPanel username and password, then by clicking the Network Status icon.

Hello,

The Genki server requires a move due to file system errors. We have extended the restore time which will complete by approximately 11pm Pacific time on Friday, March 5, 2010.  The server is currently running fine after last reboot. But precautionary we will begin migrating it to a new server Unfortunately, we do not have advance knowledge of the exact time of when the transfer will be entirely completed as it is dependent on numerous factors.

Currently 539G out of 592GB has been copied to new server and syncing wad* accounts. Genki all services are running fine. We will keep up updated when migration will be done. The migration to the new Genki server has just completed and all accounts should now be functional.
