Hello,

We are required to again change the main shared IP on the server from 67.210.122.225 to the new IP of 216.227.214.85. If you are using the shared IP in any of your scripts or applications, we advise that you change them to reflect either the new IP address or the hostname. The change should otherwise be fairly quick and almost seamless, although there may be a short outage where accounts using the shared IP will need to propagate to the new one.

Customers with dedicated IP’s will not be affected in any way.

We apologize for the short notice of this change, but it was vital that this was done quickly to resolve the current latency and timeouts being experienced on the machine with the prior IP. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
