Dear Customer,

The Magellan server requires a restore as the server has hardware issues preventing it from booting up. We have begun the restore of sites so you will see them start to come back as time goes on. We have already started restoring it to a new server from the latest backup dated Saturday Dec 29 2012 21:03 PST as a precautionary measure from backup unit. Please note that we do not have any estimated time for completion for the restore process. The best projection would be that the machine will finish migration in 48-72 hours from now. You can see the status for this migration at any time in CAP area by logging in with your username and password from our main site, then clicking the Network Status icon. If you have any questions, please email support@lunarpages.com on this process.

Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

There has been a delay in the restoration process for Magellan.   The hardware that we were restoring the server to was tested thoroughly.  Unfortunately, we found issues with the hardware during the restoration process.  As a result it was necessary for us to begin the restoration to a new machine.  This restoration process has been started again.  Currently the process is at 44%.  We estimate the restoration process will be complete in 24 to 48 hours.  We will continue to update the network status and the forum.  Please accept our sincerest apology for the delay in this process.  We do understand how important your website and email is.   Our team is working diligently night and day to complete the process.

There are inconsistencies in the restoration process of the Magellan server.  As a precaution we have begun a file level storage.  A file level restore means accounts are coming online as the restore completes.  All of the data is still available to us and we are restoring the server.   The accounts are being restored from smallest to largest.  This method will bring more customers online more quickly.  We will continue to update this forum with updates.
