Lunarpages is experiencing network issues as a result of a power failure at our data center One Wilshire.

As the outage occurred only on the floor our servers are housed in, and because power was still being generated to the rest of the building, our backup generators did not identify this as an outage and did not respond as they would to a usual power failure.

Please be assured that we have our Senior System Admins and the staff at One Wilshire working on this and we genuinely regret the downtime and latency our customers are experiencing.  New power lines are currently being installed and we anticipate completion of this between 6pm and 8pm PST this evening.
