Dear Customer,

Wrench will begin a move to a new server today, January 8th. This move will be to upgrade the server operating system from CentOS 4 to CentOS 6, due to the discontinued support for version 4. The exact time and date for the switch to the new hardware will be announced at least 24 hours in advance after the first phase of the data copy process has been done. You will experience no downtime during this process, although we do suggest no significant changes be made to your site after you receive the second announcement.

Please note that you may check the current status for this server at any time in CAP via https://account.lunarpages.com/ with your cPanel username and password, then by clicking the Network Status icon.

Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience in the interim. If you have any issues with your site, please contact support@lunarpages.com

Wrench updates.

Older Wrench was again went down because of raid issue. We managed to recover old Wrench's drives and we are currently syncing data to the new server. Sites should start to resolve as they are re-synced and a cron to restart apache to pick the restored sites will run every 15 minutes. As always, you may check the current status for this server at any time in CAP via https://account.lunarpages.com/ with your cPanel username and password, then by clicking the Network Status icon.

Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience in the interim. If you have any issues with your site, please contact support@lunarpages.com
