i signed up to lunarpages.com through a buy our product get 1 free deal on the net {$95 ish}(i would have joined lunarpages anyway) a year ago. i have just had the renewal payment taken from my account and was charged £95 + for the privelege of renewing my subscription because apparently lunarpages have a problem with their website being unable to convert dollars to pounds. also i have just purchased another hosting account with them for an amazing price of £38 ish (amazing value)i was just wondering if any other people have had this problem? (i did raise a support ticket before the charge was due and was told that if they overcharged me they would sort it out - ?why not sort it out when the support ticket was raised?)
