I'm new here, too. Sorry to say, this isn't a 'reply' so much as a 'response'. I was wondering the same thing. Have you tried installing Drupal yet, and if so, what did you find?

Drupal is a cms like Joomla so yes it will work 100%

SilviuB is correct. Drupal is a CMS that you should not have any issues running on an account here.
