So...  who is RichardRay?

I've noticed you posting as support the last few days (and may I say you are doing a great job) but I have no idea who you are.

How long with Lunar?
Do you work on site or virtual?

I'd love to get some background info. Are you going to be helping Mitch out? Can we expect to see you around for a while?

Hi MNM,

I'm Richard Ray.  Very Happy  Thank you for your kind words.

I've been working with Lunarpages for more than 3 years now (since July 2006), although, admittedly, I'm not active on the LP forums.  Being a parent, full-time student, and working full-time have made it difficult to regular the forums.  I'm a telecommuting tech from Tennessee, US.

.. and I intend on being around for some time to come (although nothing in life is certain).  Very Happy
