Does external javascript (inclusion of js in your headers <head> </head>) use your bandwidth?

If you are just linking to the javascript files on another site then it would not be using your bandwidth.

Who is talking about external javascript from ANOTHER site? External js is located in the <head> </head> tags as I stated in the brackets.

I'm not following you then. If the javascript is on your site then the browser has to download it from your site which will of course use your bandwidth.
