JOB TITLE: Customer Services Representative I
SUPERVISOR: Manager, Customer Services
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Regular, Hourly
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Answers telephone calls, troubleshoots and answers technical and sales questions.
2. Escalates or flags tickets and calls to tech staff and senior personnel when necessary
3. Adds features to accounts via billing manager when requested.
4. Answers Help Desk tickets in Info and Support as a secondary responsibility
5. Reads, troubleshoots and answers Lunarforums threads.
6. Continues development of Lunarpages and systems knowledge to more effectively answer calls.
7. Answers all Level I technical questions
8. Assists with Automated CSR training
9. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
• Knowledge and understanding of operating principles, practices, and procedures within area of business specialty.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications.
• Ability to work productively and efficiently to meet deadlines and quotas
• Attention to detail
• Analytical skills
• Knowledge of customer service principles,techniques,systems, and standards.
• Ability to work in a team environment
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:
• Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
• No or very limited physical effort required.
• No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
