I am trying to use the EJBServer with a test servlet and I get
     java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.caucho.ejb.EJBServer

Do I need to include a .jar file in WEB-INF\lib?  If so, where would I find it?

I downloaded resin-ee-2.1.17 and then included the resin-ejb.jar file in the WEB-INF\lib folder and it is now working.
