Remote MySQL Host
« on: December 15, 2014, 09:07:43 AM »
I use LPCP for all my servers but what I don't have access to is setting up remote mysql. I use Navicat MySQL locally and would like to connect to my server but there's no setting in LPCP to setup the IP for the remote host. Does anyone know if this is coming?

Could this be because remote host is not possible? Would be nice to get a confirmation to this please.

The answer is that LPCP doesn't have that capability within the panel. You have to edit via command line. It's easy if you know how to use the unix command line.

For the benefit of those who came across this discussion while searching for a way to do this for their own accounts, could you post your solution? Thank you.
