That is actually the dedicated control panel, which may vary from the one Lunarpages uses for it's shared hosting companies.  Best place to check out the LPCP interface would be here:


Also, the LPCP category inside the wiki is a helpful spot to find out how to get things done, and see what the LPCP interface looks like from the inside.
