I have moved into a Dedicated IP web hosting (rho.lunariffic.com), but i find that i can't change files, and then i change permission, it is also failed.
i only try to change file and permisson below public_html/.
please tell me how to do?

I went ahead and chowned your files for you. You can change the permissions now. If you want them mass changed for you, email support@lunarpages.com
