hi,
when I try to open cpanel or webmail, in firefox or Safari
I get this error
Unable to connect

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at www.glamour-ksa.com:20082

it is only working with IE 8

can you help  me please Confused

my website is : www.glamour-ksa.com

Should be using this link instead:

https://www.glamour-ksa.com:20082/

(notice the extra "s" in there)

or webmail
https://www.glamour-ksa.com:20082/3rdparty/roundcubemail/...

any https

only http can be opened http://www.glamour-ksa.com

I notice this problem with FireFox and IE 8 can open the site..

what I need to do from my side if there is ant steps...

That is very odd, what is the error that you get when you try logging in via the https:// links?

Hi,

You could also try to login via : http://www.glamour-ksa.com:20081/login.php and see if this works for you. Might be related to your browser or some other addons for it.
