Okay, I am starting this thread, so as to move our conversation out of the "Feedback" forum regarding why skeetley feels life "sucks" and why he thinks "good guys finish last".

The challenge is to come up with ideas to find skeetley a woman so he can move over to the "sunshiny" side of life, and not dwell on the "gloomy" side.

Let's get some good tips for the guy.  Oh, and if you're without a woman/man yourself, and you post a suggestion, then you better apply it to yourself, too, you hear?!

Oh, oh, maybe I just excluded a majority of the regulars on this forum. I know there are a lot of singles out there.

Okay, you don't have to follow your own advice, but let's hear some good ones for skeetley because he's desperate!

Rules:

1) You can be serious or silly, there are not restrictions.
2) There are no other rules

If you can agree to the Rules above, then go to it!  The guy needs our help and assistance!

My serious suggestion: My cousin found his wife on one of these online matching services.  If you can find a reputable and safe one, then it's a good way to meet and find someone that's right for you and visa-versa.  But, be honest (don't go telling her you're a rocket scientist if you're really a laboratory guinea pig) and be yourself from the start (you've got a good sense of humor which is always a :thumb:), because eventually if things get serious, the truth comes out anyway, so don't waste time with fluff if fluff is not you, just be who you are and that's always best (of course, don't go running her through the mud on the first date, though ... you can show a little restraint in the beginning  )!

My silly suggestion: Hypnotise Amy and see if she bites! She is a mermaid, you know.  :)

Wouldn't the point of hypnotising Amy be so that she wouldn't bite me?

Okay, geez, I have to quote myself here, because I just thought of something.

For those of you guys/men who have found a woman and are on the "gloomy" side of life because of it, then YIKES, please don't post!

Let the guy find out for himself, otherwise, he'll never know what he's missed or on the flip side, how good he had it as a bachelor, and maybe, just maybe, he'll not complain about his sorry lot in life anymore!

Oops, my apologies.

Hey, then what is she doing with Christian?!  Gotta scold that girl! :whip:

Okay, then, how about Steph?

Cmon, guys, help the poor wretch out!  He just needs some encouragement.

Miraenda, maybe you should date skeetley, because with how you go at him, for sure he'll find that being a bachelor wasn't all that bad.  :)

I would set him straight myself in that regards, but I'm married, so my husband won't approve.  :P

Okay, no available single women at LP for skeetley, then (well, at least who will spare his life, that is :)).  He'll have to search elsewhere.

Sorry, skeetley, I tried my best.  :?

Guess you gotta do Suggestion #1 of my above post, since #2 is out, and no one else has posted a suggestion.

leigh, we wanna get skeetley a date, not ensure he will need to be hopitalized or institutionalized after having to deal with Danielle (sorry Danielle, someone has to pick on you in Aut's absence  :P )

It's okay, I already have enough stalkers, I don't really need to date one of them.  :poke:

I totally agree with you, Steven!  Even I would not wish that kind of torture upon poor skeetley!  :)  I have some sense of compassion for the guy!
