Google, undoubtedly is the most popular search engine. May be you are using google for a long time, but do you know the advanced searching techniques to get the best results out of google?

Ultimately there will be no search any more but a intelligent agent that accepts questions. Instead of searching the content for you, it will try to answer the question.

With google, you could use advanced search or just put quotations "" on the words you want to be exact or in that order. But if google is not helping you with a search, try www.dogpile.com. It's a whole bunch of search engines put together. I find it better than google. Hope that helps.

Great tips.. I like the define trick. English is my third language and I always have to type something like "meaning of (word)" to find the meaning and that will not always provide good results. The define trick you mentioned helped very much.. there are many references based on different dictionaries. Thank you.
