Gidday all,

My hosted sites and the lunarpages.com and lunarforums.com sites just become inaccessible for about ten minutes to me... was that a major outage your end or somei glitch between where I am (São Paulo - Brazil) and LP hosts?

Paul

PS Pingdom reported that my site went down, so maybe it was a generalized outage?

This is the third time that all my sites are offline since the 31st of July... what's happening Lunarpages? Why aren't the network status messages being updated?

Yup, everything went off line including (or maybe only) the DNS servers. Hopefully is was outside their data center.

All of my sites are still unreachable. I've had pretty good reliability from LP for several years so I'm not panicking YET. If any of the sites stay down for more than an hour I'll spend the next few days shopping for a new hosting service.   Soooo Cool

Mine are off-line too although my e-mail just came back up. Interesting that they don't have any sort of notice on their website about this.

I have same problems. My LP server also can not be accessed now on both Dylan and Freetime. I can not access to my web, e-mike-kuni.net and jbmus.com. This happened several times in this week and continued few hours. What's happened in LP? No such information in any place and no announce. We should know what is the problems.

Picked up a thread in another forum mentioning the LP facebook page. Short version is that they lost power in their data center. Servers are being brought back up indivudally. Having lived through the same type of issue several times at work I understand why it will take awhile.

Hopefully they will start shopping for a new co-lo...

We truly apologize for the outage and are working to restore all services as quickly as possible.

The outage effected all of our services including this forum so we updated the information on our facebook and twitter first. You can find the links to our twitter and facebook in my signature.
