Hi people

As lunapages happy member here never head big problems, all support always was helpful  and clear.
Just wont you to not make mistake as i did.

Story:
I purchased another account just basic plan with *another host for one year with out domain and they activated account and send me email with login details in January this year.
All up cost ono $50 no big deal anyways last week i received my credit card bank statement and find out that *another host charge my credit card $500US plus $20 money transfer with no even contacting me at all. Did send them email and submitted few online support forms on they site with no answer.

What would you do in my case?

Is any legal advices or any kind of help to assist me on right track to make this people be responsible for the sort of illegal online transactions (crime).
Will you advice me email or phone number in USA where to look for help. I'm out USA and don't know what authorities will help me to solve the problem with those people in New Jersey.

Apologize to mods and admins of this forum to wright this here but i think people will think twice before they choose the real people and right hosting company for them selves

I certainly agree with Mitch. The best resort to do first to your case is to search for their phone numbers. Try first to negotiate with them with the uncertainties, if still nothing happened you can seek for legal advices later.
