Although Mike isn't on my list, I did want to mention another poll I think he should start.  Since this poll is about him, I imagine he will eventually read this post of mine so it is easier to just write it here.  I would start my own poll, but I think he does a much better job at getting completely valid results.

So, here is my poll:

Question: What kind of Linux do you have on your computer (Lunarpages has RedHat Linux 7.3+ btw):

Responses:
RedHat (I am so like LP)
SuSE (cool name)
Debian (I like to get my Linux free)
...Add other kinds of Linux here cause I don't know the rest of them

So, what do you think?  After all, we had 3 separate threads today alone asking about Linux, so it is a vitally important poll topic.  Thumbs Up

What about us unfortunate folks who run windows or the luckiest who run OS X. The linux folk run on both extreams depending on distro. (I voteMandrake but then agina i haven't used linux in over a year)

I have gone in once as Me, well Jwink3101. I shoudl do it more but i am usually active in the forums at the same time as i do my homework. I just stop when i get an email that i reply was made (which i get a 30 of a day).

Kata, i respect your power as a moderator but (and yes it is a big but): the only peole i have to fear in this forum is:
Miraenda, katrina1, janylyn

Lucky users running OS-X??  Okay UNIX accredidation that OS-X might have received, I don't know any OS-X users that have a machine that is more stable than any of my Win XP systems.  Heck I'm even using XP Pro on my server (But only cause I can't afford 2003 Server), and since it was built it has had a total of 26 updays (24 hours a day 7 days a week) without so much as a stall... Show me an OS-X box that offers that reliability!

Sorry, my little rant there... Gotta set me up a couple of Linux boxes really... Just to learn the ins and outs of Linux control for the job  Very Happy
