I've always wondered, just what is the scope of the support given anyways? E.G., account problems only or some design/stuck point help?
Errr, what poll? Different thread? Never mind, I could have sworn there wasn't a poll at first.

I voted the second, but really I'd have preferred a third option like 5 or 6am PST. One thing about working in Eastern time that got old real quick was trying to get an issued resolved with a vendor located in CA and having to wait until almost lunch for them to get in. 7 AM is 10 EST, by then somebody's fingernails are going to be chewed to the quick, but midnight is a wee bit too early. (For us North/South Americans at least, what's the percentage of non-Americas customers?)

PST is Pacific Standard Time, the US West Coast.
It's eight hours behind GMT.
So 7AM to midnight PST would be 3PM to 8AM the following day GMT.

So people in London call support and talk to them yesterday?

I voted 4am to 8pm. I just think you can get more done. Plus 12:30am is sleepy time.
