Thanks Randy! This stuff (not phone hours, specifically, but these types of things in general) is kind of what I do so when I see an opportunity to provide my opinion (everyone knows what they say about opinions :p) I like to jump in and give it.
Jamie, good question! I'm not sure if it includes Sunday. The 7 AM to 12 AM hours are Monday - Friday. Saturday and Sunday are 8 to 5. Does anyone know if it includes weekend hours as well?

DouglasH..... that was amazing. I haven't voted yet because I'm worried about messing it up for people who really need support at this or that time, but I think with your explanation, I can get a better handle on what time would benefit most people. ROCK ON.

I agree with the 24/7 option as I am from the UK and awaiting an answer from 8am UK time.

It would be nice for more early morning support for the east coast, 4am to 12 midnight would be more viable---but not an option for selection.

I sure hope you're going to be keeping the voting open for awhile...especially since 1) you added the third option only after a bunch of people had already voted for #1 and didn't know there'd be a better option and 2) I'm guessing a lot of folks like myself are just discovering we're even voting on something so important. I can't see how option #1 is helpful to anybody who is not on the West Coast...it would mean those of us on the East Coast or Midwest would have to wait till 9 or 10 a.m. for support and by that time, we're already SOL if we need support in a business setting. Just my 2 cents worth (from the Midwest, BTW)

I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL AT 3:30 AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE AFTER MORE THAN 2 HOURS. I AM NOW SHOPPING FOR ANOTHER WEB HOST. ticketref=6490-RPSF-9027 WHY? ? IS IT BECAUSE I HAVE ALREADY SIGNED UP AND YOU ARE BUSY FISHING NEW CUSTOMERS?

adorraga, I am sorry you are disappointed with your support issue. During high volumes of support issues it can take longer than 10 minutes to get thru on the phone. Support tickets are answered between 30 minutes and 4 hours depending on ticket volumes at the time. Since it has only been 2hours and 40 minutes since submitting your ticket I am sure you will receive a reply soon. Please do not reply or add to your ticket until you hear from a tech or it will bump it back to the bottom of the queue since tickets are answered based on last time received. I apologize for any inconvenience.
I hope this helps, RandyT

I'd love a more europe-friendly option.

Im in england and dont even get out of bed untill its PM, quite often late PM... lol... 3PM to 8AM (GMT) suits me just fine, cant expect lunar togo 24/7 just yet.... microsoft got took to court for cornering markets but if yall ever need some uk staff on american hours hahaha. adorraga

Lunarpages have staff dedicated to everything, ive called a free telephone number from the uk to CA... im a 3 year LP user and ive also been payed from LP for bringing customers to them. Other than welcome to LP visit from the LP calander girls, im not sure what else than can do.
