Because of the previous post, I decided to click on the log in link. I haven't done so in a long time since I have been using my FTP software to update my websites.

I don't live in CA, so I don't need to know the weather there. If I want news updates, I will check it out a news website myself. Advertisement boxes?? Is the left navigation bar full of affiliate links? And the automatic pop-up box to bookmark the page made me feel like I am about to suffer from a trojan virus attack from a website that I shouldn't be on. You are a professional hosting company.. ACT LIKE ONE!!!

If you want to run a portal website, then make a separate webpage and refer links to it as your portal webpage, not as the log in page.  None of this is needed for a login page. A username and password field is the only thing needed.. feel free to throw in your header and footer, but leave out the garbage please.  You could even just add the username/password login fields on the main lunarpages.com homepage without the need for a link to login.

Good for you for asking for customer feedback. You got me to look at your home page and login for the first time since the last interruption in service.

I don't need the extra links, news feed or widgets. How about an option to turn them off? I'd prefer a streamlined text-only login page. I haven't used the login page and don't plan to start, since my simple bookmark to CPanel does the job.

It would be wise to change the name of your "personal" plan back to "basic" plan. Customers don't want to know how you pigeonhole them.  The name should reflect the level of service, not who uses it. The new "personal" label implies that commercial use is discouraged or disallowed.

Seeing a reduction of outages and latency would please me.

Sorry if this  has been suggested before, but I'm noodling with a cron job and I have a couple of minutes to spare.. I'm a new signup, a couple of weks now, and I'm really happy with the lace so far.. no sql timeouts, brisk cpanel with no css bombouts, just a nice place to pitch camp.. =]

but a few things..

  There's a general knowledge center, with 20 or so topics w/ 10-0 articles underneath ea topic.  there was a bunch of clicking to find what i needed.. can you add a  knowledge base search?

   And a link on the knowledge base page to the forums..

Haha, sorry last week was a very long week. 

Lunarpages is back! I started liking the old design as well but this one is more fitting.  The only thing that bothers me a little is the navigation on the top.  It's not very smooth on my computer.
