For those of you who saw our most recent newsletter you might already know, but for those of you who don't - I've been put in charge of putting together a new resource for all of the Lunarpages customers.

Always listening to the feedback and responses from the customers, Lunarpages has dived deep into a new project that will provide each and every one of you with a better support experience. Launching sometime in the near future, the Lunarpages Wiki will contain tons of support information, FAQs and more that will inform you about every single aspect of your Lunarpages web hosting account.

WE NEED YOUR FEEDBACK!

Now, as Lunarpages is always one to give the customer what they need and want, what I need and want from you is your suggestions, feedback, thoughts and ideas for this new project. This is your chance to help shape the newest building block inside of the support pyramid that is Lunarpages. Here are a few questions you can answer for me:

• What aspects of web hosting would you like to see covered?
• How in depth do you want the coverage to be?
• Would you like to see user submitted work along side the official support articles?
• What things would you like to see most?
• How would you like to see the categories, FAQs and how-tos organized?
• Have anymore questions?

That of course is just to get you started. If you have any other thoughts I want to hear them as soon as you can get your fingers to typing them out to us.  Please take a minute to let me know, so we can be sure you are getting the excellent web hosting support resource that you need.

This is your turn to make a difference, so speak up and let your voice be heard.  Reply here and let me know what you would like to see, and I'll use it as a running list of suggestions as I work.

The Wiki is LIVE!
The wiki has been officially released for public use.  Please go check it out at wiki.lunarpages.com.  Also, give me your feedback!  This has been a long term project, so would love to hear your thoughts and views on it.

Thanks Ken for your thoughts, and yes - I can confirm that this (text versions of some of the video tutorials) is in the works.  Also another nice feature of the wiki is we will have search.

Since you are the person that answers most of the forum questions, I would thing that bringing together all the "usual" answers in the wiki would be useful.  How to do redirects, how do i make a web page, etc.  You know the list better than anyone.  In other words a FAQ in wiki clothing.  But remember to use noob words that we use when we do not know the best word to use.  Most of us ask a question for example about redirects without using that word because we don't know what they are called.  So I'm saying try to get into the head of the noob user if you can to assign keywords to topics.  A big hats off to you for doing this.

Still looking for opinions and ideas on this.  Just wanted to let you know I'm still hard at work on this side project for all of you! 

How about for future customers ya'll do some type of 'basic' setup and common issues new domains might experience?

Nevertheless... your efforts up until now has been a bit confusing in regard to entry point. When I click here: http://www.lunarpages.com/support.php I'm overwhelmed with both the options but also where to find the best answer to my question. In other words, I'd hope to see some kind of integration either in regard to search, content or wizardwise.
I hope you get my point
