Hi, Mostly every one like exercise. So please tell me what is the best time for exercise ... Morning or Evening and why ?  Bouncin for Joy

I`m not science guy but I prefer evenings. Doing so will ease the load of the supper and give me a pretty good sleep Smile  In Heaven

I agree with Malin. I may fall asleep at work if I take exercise in the morning, hahahaha. So I prefer evenings as well.

Apparently the best time to exercise is in the morning. This makes your metabolism work faster for the rest of the day.

It is not so important that we are doing Exercise in morning or Evening but it is most important that we are doing exercise.Still as per my Experience Early morning is best time for exercise.Exercising in the morning energizes you for the day.It takes me a while to start functioning positively in the morning.

I would also say early in the morning is the best time to do exercise and breath in the fresh air which is very beneficial to improve your health.

I also agree with the fact that there is no such perfect time to do exercise, but one should do exercises regularly whenever they get time to do so. By exercising regularly one can easily live a healthy and happy life. Also can keep body weight in control.

Time is most important part in every person's life. Exercise is help for stay healthy. According to me morning time is best time for exercise. In this time climate is cool and calm. So i like to do exercise in the morning.
