The best time for exercise is early in the morning ( 4.30 AM - 7.30 AM) and in the evening ( 5.00 PM - 8.00 PM)

Hi, Mostly every one like exercise. So please tell me what is the best time for exercise ... Morning or Evening and why ?  Bouncin for Joy

Morning, take it from a Pro. It gets your body in motion to burn calories early on and through the day. Also you can feed the muscles protein, etc. through the day to make up for it.

Agree with Poptarted, would also add that a quick intense exercise session at the end of the day also means that blood fat content the following day is reduced (less fat being absorbed to the blood when you eat).

It depends is you are a morning person or not, I think. But better to ask your doctor, because we're different.

I would also say early in the morning is the best time to do exercise and breath in the fresh air which is very beneficial to improve your health.
