I usually do exercises after I wake up. That is before I eat my breakfast.

I think morning is the best time to exercise. Because when you go for morning exercise routine you get the complete day to diet your body.

Morning is the best time for exercise.. Even our elder used to say that.. If anybody don't have that much time in morning then there is no other option except evening.

Well!!!According to me that first time is the best for exercise work.Different ways for reduce the body weight.
Some people like the exercise work and some people like the diet foods for the weight loss.
But i like the these exercises for the fat loss like,..
1 Swimming
2 Cycling
3 Running
4 Push up.

Early morning is best time to exercise, The cool and pleasant air will avail on that time only. I prefer to do some Yoga techniques.
