Quote from: Miraenda
Hey, there is a tree called the money plant or silver dollar tree:

http://www.ces.ncsu.edu/depts/hort/consumer/poison/Eucalsp.htm

Yeah, it exists Smile

Symptoms:
"Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, coma. Skin redness, irritation, and burning from handling leaves and bark. Eucalyptus oil is extremely toxic if eaten.

TOXIC ONLY IF LARGE QUANTITIES EATEN. SKIN IRRITATION MINOR, OR LASTING ONLY FOR A FEW MINUTES. "

So I guess you can't put your money where your mouth is? And it really does burn a hole in your pocket, eh?

Oh my goodness, even mussa\/com is getting in on the bad puns.

Miraenda, we found a tree in Mexico that the locals called the swelling testicle tree.  I am at work and am not going to type that into a search engine, but the tree exists.  I would think having one of those trees would be much better than a prune tree.  Maybe then I could get a girlfriend....or not.

To taglio:

On the forums we are not required to use your real name. Most of us use our internet identities, avatars. Why is your name here registered as Taglio? Why is mine Autarkis?

We have a certain fondness for certain names, identities we have evolved with on the net, and i for one uses Autarkis for everything, except business related inquiries.

However, when we are in the support desk, we have to use our real names to customers. Mine's Boris... I strongly dislike internet users to call me by that name, but i guess that's okay for Lunarpages customers.

I know i wouldnt like people to call me Boris here, but heh, if that makes you happy.. then do it by all means.

Also:

Most of the staff on lunarpages actually registered on the forum after they got hired. In the case of Hush, myself and Miraenda, we were customers of the company that got hired in the long run. I had no idea when i signed up that I would want to work for Lunarpages, and so did not register my first name on the forums. I kept my regular internet identity.

(okay, this is getting to be a rather long rant, but i felt i had to talk for Miraenda, please everyone, she's most likely the most helpful staff on hand, she tries to help everyone ... If you don't like her, please don't push the issues that you have with her. Leave her alone.)

As for the harboring resentments and such other complete wastes of time and gifts given to us:

WWYDI you could clone yourself?

I can already clone myself.  How do you think I work so much and post so frequently on the forums?  Wink

---->WWYDI you didn't have a computer?

Fun Fact: Don't know about any swelling trees, but ergotism causes hallucinations and was likely the cause of the Salem witch trials.  See a nice article about ergotism at:
