if one of my clients signs up for lp hosting i know i get the initial credit, but when they renew their hosting every year dont i get residual credit for that... i check my account and its not on there, and i know they renewed becuase i was there when they did it...

and i had mentioned to mitch before he left that i was having issues with lp aff program not contacting me and he said dont worry they reply to every message...

well here we go again i have left a phone message a week ago and still no call back...  do i need to do an actual suport ticket or what do i need to do to get the a response from the aff people... its like silence every time i try to contact them...  its not like i expected a call the same day but its been a week or more now and nothing...

should i get that credit when they renewed?
