What "we" did works. what was my index.html is now my loader page. Loader page contains .sfw file and meta link you had me insert.
This loader page appears for around 3 seconds and then loads home.htm page which is now my main web page. It works just fine.
What I was asking and I did it anyway was to take all that info other than meta link you suggested and found inbetween <head> and </head> and have it in both index.html and home.htm pages. Meta file you suggested only being in Index.html page (loader).
It works.
Reason I have all that other meta (description and title stuff) in both was to make certain no robots missed my site or recognized some change and then dropping my site from their search engines.
seems to work just fine.
Does it matter loader page or page with *.sfw is called index.html and main pager to my site is called home.htm ?
It appears to be working just fine this way.

It shouldn't. I suppose you could call the loader index.html and the home page slgfhsalkgjhadlkjadhgadkf.html .... it is just your choice.
However, you need to make sure that the main page of the directory is called index. So the way you have it works. Glad to be of help!

It does work fine.
loader page is called index.html and the home page, being main page (what use to be first opening page on site) is now called home.htm
Are you saying I can keep loader page with *.swf file as index.html and change main page which appears 3 seconds later and is now home.htm to index.htm it use to be index.html prior to all of this a few days ago.
I can do that but what different affect will it or won't it have?

My plans were not to steal it only to make a small change for my use.
There's no difference, and this is about as blatant as it gets.

decided to make change.
so now loader is index.html and it is a small 1500k file containing *.sfw file and meta code you gave me and which I changed directing loader to main page or what use to be index.html is now index.htm and it works same as it did when it was home.htm
Is this how it should be?
